Adam Gelhausen is Managing Partner of Palindrome LLP and has over 19 years of experience in the investment management industry. He is responsible for the firm’s portfolio management strategy and manages the valuation and acquisition process for new investment opportunities. Mr. Gelhausen founded Palindrome to pursue his penchant for value investing by identifying unconventional regional investment opportunities. Prior to that, he held senior analyst and portfolio management positions at different investment management firms.
Mr. Gelhausen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Washington State University.
Combining his inquisitiveness and passion for culture, he enjoys going to museums, collecting art and expanding his culinary skills.
Partner | Portfolio Operations
Grant Anderson is a Partner at Palindrome LLP and is responsible for overseeing Portfolio Operations. He brings over 10 years of business management, finance and commercial leadership experience to the team. Mr. Anderson is responsible for collaborating across the portfolio companies to identify and implement strategies that promote revenue growth and achieve operational efficiencies in order to drive profitability. Combining deep industry and functional expertise with thoughtful project management, he partners with our portfolio companies to create long-term value.
Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
He loves taking advantage of the mountain activities that the Inland Pacific Northwest has to offer. He is also passionate about health and wellness, traveling and volunteering with children.
Director of Corporate Social Responsibility
Raechel Cline brings 15 years of experience in organizational operations, leadership, and team building. As the firm’s Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Ms. Cline develops, executes and oversees the company’s CSR Program. Maintaining social accountability and economic sustainability, she reconciles Palindrome’s directive with its impact on internal relations, the community and its stakeholders.
She has 8 years active duty military service, having served in the United States Navy. Prior to joining Palindrome LLP, Ms. Cline worked in project management, business operations and marketing for business consulting and wealth management firms.
Ms. Cline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Montana State University – Billings and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Maryland.
She is an avid reader and writer and has a strong interest in altruism, cooking, and exploring the outdoors.
Eleonora (Ellie) Tashkova, CPA, is Palindrome LLP’s Lead Accountant and brings 4 years of experience in public accounting. Having earned her CPA license in early 2019, she is also QuickBooks Online and Desktop certified. Ellie enjoys the variety of accounting duties she performs and loves the constant opportunity to learn something new and work with small business owners.
Ms. Tashkova earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management: Accounting Emphasis from Lewis-Clark State College in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She was the campus ambassador for Becker Professional Education during her last year in college.
During the warmer months she enjoys hiking, running, and going to parks with her daughter.
As Executive Assistant, Elizabeth (Libby) Fitzgerald brings almost five years of customer service and administrative experience. With expertise in management and communications, Ms. Fitzgerald’s proficiency in customer service and portfolio operations make her an invaluable asset to the team.
In her spare time, she is heavily involved in her community and is an aspiring pastry chef.
